Monday, Wednesday and Fridays:
9:45AM - 10:45 AM Deep Water Dynamics - High energy class provides a vigorous aerobic workout using a flotation belt. This program will help improve overall aerobic fitness, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, coordination and muscle strength.
11:00AM - 12:00PM & 6PM - 7PM Deep Water Aerobics - Deep water class using flotation belt. Stretching, toning and mild cardio workout for all levels. This program will provide you a total body workout.
12:15PM - 1:15PM Noodle Mania - Combination of deep and shallow water exercises for all fitness levels. The water noodle is used for added buoyancy. Different positioning of noodle will allow powerful aerobic work movements.
