SUPERINTENDENT'S MESSAGE

Superintendent Dan Takens

Greetings Byron Center Community,

It has been my pleasure and honor to serve the Byron Center Public School District for the past 16 years. We have experienced growth and success and continual changes. It has been a joy to work with such a caring staff and community as well as outstanding students.

After careful thought, I have decided that I will be retiring from BCPS effective December 31, 2019. I will take many wonderful memories with me and will be cheering for the district from the sidelines. Go Dawgs!
